Green Valley Grocery’s new location in Las Vegas now features a sleek, durable concrete floor system expertly installed by Sleek Floors Inc. In partnership with Minero General Contractor, we delivered a custom flooring solution tailored to the unique needs of this high-traffic retail environment.
Tailored Flooring System for Retail Efficiency
For this grocery project, we installed two distinct concrete flooring finishes based on usage zones:
Polished Concrete was selected for the main interior areas to provide a clean, reflective, and long-lasting surface. Its seamless look offers both style and function, perfect for open retail layouts.
In the kitchen and prep areas, we used a Grind and Seal system. This choice provides a textured, slip-resistant finish that’s easy to clean and ideal for food service conditions.
To further protect all surfaces, we applied a high-performance polyurethane coating. This ensures resistance to wear, moisture, and daily spills—critical for grocery operations.
These systems combined provide durable concrete floors that meet both aesthetic and performance demands in commercial retail.
