Project Challenges & Preparation
The existing concrete in this high-traffic forklift area showed signs of wear, including spalls (small surface chips and damage) caused by repeated impact and pressure from heavy equipment.

- We mechanically ground the concrete using industrial diamond grinders to remove contaminants, create the perfect profile for bonding, and level the surface.
- All spalls and damaged areas were carefully patched with high-strength repair materials to restore a solid, even substrate.
