The office areas were transformed into a refined, professional environment using a stained and polished concrete system designed for both visual impact and long term durability.

We began with heavy-duty grinding to remove the existing failing epoxy coating and correct surface irregularities. This step ensured a flat, uniform substrate and eliminated trip hazards critical for both safety and final finish quality.

All cracks and control joints were then repaired using hig performance materials suited for Las Vegas’ temperature fluctuations. Proper joint and crack treatment helps prevent future movement issues and moisture intrusion.

To elevate the space, we applied a custom two tone stain using Prosoco Gem Tone. This penetrating system reacts directly with the concrete, producing rich, natural color variation without the risk of peeling or fading.

The process concluded with multiple stages of diamond polishing to achieve a high-gloss finish, followed by sealing to enhance durability, stain resistance, and ease of maintenance.

The final result delivers a clean, modern office floor with the durability and low upkeep expected from polished concrete.
