For this commercial concrete flooring project, we implemented a true mechanical grind and polish process to ensure long-term performance and surface clarity.

The process included:

Full surface cleaning using commercial Tennant T3 autoscrubber
Metal bond grinding (70 / 120 grit)
Transitional tooling (50 / 100 grit)
Resin polishing sequence (200 / 400 / 800 grit)
Application of Prosoco LS densifier to harden and strengthen the slab
Application of Prosoco Polish Guard (2 protective coats)
Final burnish using 1500 and 3000 grit diamond-impregnated pads
Divot repairs using TX3 high-performance repair material
Slurry containment and disposal
Two-phase mobilization to coordinate with remodel schedule

This structured grinding progression allowed us to refine the slab while preserving natural aggregate exposure, resulting in a clean, reflective finish ideal for professional office environments.
